The event is scheduled for 12th October 2025 . Timings of the event will be published closer to the race day.
The cut off times for the respective categories are as follows
- Marathon - 6 hr (1st Loop should be completed by 3 hrs)
- Half Marathon - 3 hr 30 mins
- 10K - 1 hr 30 mins
- 5K - 45 mins
The registration fee covers entry to the event, a timing chip (only for applicable categories), a raceday t-shirt in the size of your choice and a post-run hot breakfast.
All the registered participants will get the same Race Kit with the same contents.
There are no manual/offline registrations for our events. All registrations have to be done through our registration portal mysamay.in. If you are unable to register online, kindly send a mail to support@nebsports.in for assistance.
The minimum age for individual participation in our events are as follows
- 5k Fun Run - 6 years
- 10k Run - 14 years
- Half Marathon (21.1 km) - 18 years
- Full marathon (42.2 km) - 18 years
We may close the registrations early if all our slots are filled. However, on most occasions it is one month before the race day. We request you to register early and not wait till the end. We will announce the dates on our Website, Facebook page and other Social media.
- Yes, you can transfer the registration 45 days prior to the event date. NOTE: As per event rules there is no cancellations and registration fees are non-refundable.
Yes, you can change the category 45 days prior to the event date. If you have to upgrade the category you will have to pay the difference amount and for the downgrade of the category partial refund will not be done. NOTE: ( Incase of increase in registration fee from early bird to current, The difference amount has to be paid for the change in race category.)
Please send an email to support@nebsports.in with the correct details and the details of your registration such as booking ID, email ID used for registration.
Under exceptional cases, in case the transaction has failed at the payment gateway stage and if the money has been debited from your account, but a confirmation for the registration hasn’t been generated, the money will be credited back to your account within 3 working days automatically. However, please send an email support@nebsports.in with the details of your registration - date of registration, name, mail id etc and we will follow up to ensure that the issue is tracked and closed.
In the event of adverse weather conditions, major incidents or threats on the day, any of the force majeure or restriction by authority, the organizers reserve the right to stop/cancel/postpone the event.
The Event Organizers reserve the right to change the course, or make any other amendment to the Event that is deemed necessary to stage the Event. This could include but is not limited to; changing the race route, delaying the race, stopping participants on the course until the situation is deemed appropriate to continue, altering the distance of the route, canceling or other measures deemed necessary.
The event organizer possesses the sole authority to cancel tickets for the event. Their role includes the discretionary power to postpone and/or cancel the event as deemed necessary by the company's guidelines and policies.
